The RN will perform comprehensive pre-procedure assessments, start IVs, administer and monitor moderate sedation, and provide vigilant intra-procedure monitoring of vitals, airway, and patient response. Post-procedure, the nurse will oversee recovery, manage discharge teaching, and document care in the EMR. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adherence to infection control and safety standards, and effective collaboration with physicians, anesthesia, and techs.
