Review records for accuracy completeness and consistency.
Organize digital documents and maintain electronic filing systems.
Verify information and correct data entry errors when necessary.
Process forms records and other administrative documents.
Assist with routine reporting and administrative tasks.
Follow company procedures for data accuracy confidentiality and information security.
Communicate with team members to resolve missing or inconsistent information.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and internet applications.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Google Sheets or similar tools is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow written instructions and meet deadlines.
Good written communication skills.
Reliable internet access and a suitable workspace for remote work.
Willingness to learn new software and processes.
